In this remarkable renovation project, we were tasked with transforming a spacious 135 sqm apartment into two distinct yet equally captivating living spaces. Each apartment embodies a unique design aesthetic, showcasing our versatility and expertise in crafting tailored living solutions.
Apartment 1: A Haven of Modern Minimalism
Stepping into the first apartment, one is greeted by a symphony of modern minimalism. Sleek concrete-effect flooring sets the stage for a contemporary living area, where a sleek white kitchen seamlessly blends into the surroundings. A glass dining table and white chairs complete the ensemble, exuding an air of understated elegance.
The bathroom continues the modern theme, featuring pristine white tiles and minimalist fixtures. A touch of warmth is introduced through a wooden vanity, adding a subtle contrast to the crisp white ambiance.
A clever design feature in the living area is a designated media corner, where a cozy sofa faces a wall-mounted television. This unique placement allows for optimal viewing from various angles, ensuring that every moment of entertainment is savored.
