Embracing Challenges with Creativity
Bound by urban planning regulations, the original layout posed a significant challenge. However, Alitini Design turned this constraint into an opportunity, ingeniously crafting a diagonal bathroom wall that not only adhered to the guidelines but also opened up the kitchen area. This unique design feature grants the kitchen a striking, unconventional layout, captivating visitors upon entry.
Optimizing Every Inch
Capitalizing on the newly gained space in the entrance area, a niche was seamlessly integrated, providing a designated spot for the refrigerator, ensuring efficient use of every inch. To further enhance functionality, a retractable ladder was cleverly installed, granting access to the attic, maximizing storage potential.
Client-Centric Solutions
Recognizing the client’s need for additional storage, Alitini Design devised an innovative solution. A cleverly designed suspended ceiling in the bedroom not only conceals LED lighting that illuminates the room but also serves as a discreet storage space, catering to the client’s specific needs.
Exquisite Finishes
The kitchen exudes elegance with its refined red finishes, while the bathroom undergoes a complete transformation. A walk-in shower positioned directly in front of the window, enclosed by transparent diagonal glass panels, creates a striking visual effect, leaving a lasting impression on guests. The combination of white stone-effect tiling and wood-effect flooring further elevates the bathroom’s ambiance, fostering a sense of tranquility and comfort.

Despite its modest size of approximately 60 square meters, the meticulously reimagined apartment feels remarkably spacious and inviting.
